You Break Through

Y'all, if you are needing to see a dentist, I recommend this place right here. For any dental work at all. Seriously. I hadn't been to the dentist since I was about 7 years old. I'm 31. I needed a deep cleaning and some fillings for sure, but that's just the beginning. Not having enough money and no dental insurance made me put off anything dental related for decades. On top of financial stress, I was also anxious about getting seen by professionals, and worried that I'd be shamed for the state of my teeth. But I had a dental concern that I couldn't put off, for fear that it would quickly become a bigger problem. Setting up the appointment and showing up was the hardest part of my visit. Yes, even the multiple numbing shots in my gums was easier to deal with. All my anxiety and fears melted away so quickly after my arrival! I had an extremely wonderful experience at this dental office!!! From the front desk to the bathroom and everything in between. Miss Kori at the front desk made check-in quick and easy and greeted me with a warm, pleasant attitude. Super important first impression, and she nailed it. Friendliest smile. 10/10 Dr. Singh my Dentist, was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions. As many times as I needed! It's so much information to take in, and she, along with the rest of the team, understand that. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Multiple times!!! The numbing shots was the worst of it, but she made it quick and as painless as possible. Encouraging me throughout the ordeal. She even gave me a juice box when my mouth was terribly numb, because the straw was easier for me to use at the moment. <3 Best dentist in town 10/10 Sarah, the DA (dental assistant), was so friendly and attentive, helping everything go super smoothly! Best helper 10/10 Pankti, my Hygienist, was gentle, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job while making sure I was comfortable, also the entire time! Multiple times as well!! She kept asking if I was still okay throughout the cleaning process. She informed me of the importance of regular cleanings, and how flossing (not the dance) is NOT a favorite activity; however, super duper important for your health. She was supportive and had a positive outlook on my visit, saying she was very happy I decided to take this first step to a healthier me. I look forward to future cleanings AT THIS OFFICE ONLY :) 10/10 I'm terrible at remembering names, if not for the appointment card with names on it I wouldn't be able to mention anyone specific... So I am sorry if I got the name wrong here, but I call out to Melissa! (I think/hope oh boy) She was the friendly lady who took my money. But also, and more importantly, showed me on a very big screen, what all treatments I was to be getting, and how much it would cost me. She gave me multiple options for payment, and we went with a very helpful and digestible monthly payment plan. Basically, she took my financial stress and threw it out the window. Best wallet friend 10/10 It's crystal clear, that everyone here genuinely cares about the patients. The whole staff works together to create a positive, comfortable experience. Right from the start, till the end of the visit. I deeply appreciate all of the excellent care I received from everyone there, and I recommend this office. To anyone looking for a compassionate, professional, and friendly dental team, for anything at all dental related, this is the place! 10/10 (Also had tidy bathrooms and the office was a big square circle, very nice)

I love the impeccable customer service, expertise, patience, knowledge Dr. Singh, Hygienist (Pankti), and Nurse Rondreka had with me and my son. They are truly the A team at Modern Dentistry in Melissa.
